I was born and raised in Santa Cruz - it's my forever home. You can find me strolling West Cliff, mountain biking local trails, eating a Hacienda burrito, or exploring with my camera.
When I started photography, I instantly fell in love! There is something so uniquely special about capturing a single, fleeting moment in a photograph. It is so much more to me than a job or a hobby. It is a passion, a turning point in my journey of self-discovery, and a fulfilling way to connect with others.
I love capturing special moments and making sure clients are comfortable and relaxed. Photoshoots should be fun, not stressful!

Alexis was wonderful. She made our photo shoot so fun! My husband and I are usually awkward when it comes to posing for pictures so Alexis's strategy of having dynamic activities for us while she took pictures worked great for us.
She also delivered our pictures within a couple days of the shoot. 10/10 would recommend.
Alexis was a wonderful photographer to work with and comes highly recommended. My fiance and I are never the ones jumping to be in front of the camera, so the idea of engagement photos felt a bit intimidating. She made us feel so safe and at ease with the whole process and we could not be more grateful! She has this great ability to really see the couple for who they are and embraces every bit of them.
